Part 12 - Hockey

Hockey has been a big part of my life. My whole life. Well since I was seven years old. I didn't even want to play hockey. But over time I began to love It so much. I still play hockey on a team called the Chiselers with a bunch of my best friends. Some who I have known since I was five years old (Braedon). The beauty of hockey Is that It Is a group of brothers who all have each others backs. In this case, In and out of hockey. Boys who grew Into men, seemingly overnight.
I eagerly await games every single week. We play once a week. Instead of getting older and fatter we seem to be getting better. I figure we are about six years out of the NHL at this point.
My dad played hockey. He was number 13. The nefarious unlucky number. The suite number to my condo Is now 013. Synchronicity at It's finest. My dad was a good hockey player. And squash player, but unfortunately he cannot play anymore due to bad knees.
My brother Aaron (Nips, or nipples If you prefer) Is the manager of our hockey team. I coined his nickname In highschool because he was the buffest dude In the school. He always wore really tight shirts that showed his nipples. He Is the first person I have ever met who can wiggle his tits. Something to see when you're 15.
Peeling, (Justin Peeling) Is another brother. I met him when I was twelve. He tried to make me trade a nine tails shiny card In Pokemon for a magikarp. A hustler since grade school. I love that mofo. Some circles refer to him as the old and crusty version of Cale Makar.
Roberts, number 21 - three times my number, 7 - another friend I met In the st fx hockey academy In grade ten. Another one who has always had my back. He Is weaker than me and Is often scared when he crosses me but I always give him a pass. For now.
Adam Greenough (most call him guyblow that know him well). Number 19 - a really special number to me - It seems to always come up when I need some support. And Adam calls me constantly checking In - most days actually. He called me twice today to give him advice.
Braedon, (Dean) - number 10 - another really holy number. He has never called me. I have known him since I was 5. But I call him.
Dylan Hole, (Butthole) - an absolute brother. Has never let me down once. I don't know what number he Is. He always calls me for advice. I don't answer because he doesn't need my advice.
Mike McDonnell - number 7 - Mikey Rocks has never let me down either. I have known him since junior high school. A truly skilled hockey player - an even more skilled friend.
All ride or dies.
